Episode 027: My enemy is Smugness What does smug represent? That is how we kick off the show. Conversations about Rick Perry’s cologne, martini soap and eyes that glower lead us to an episode of Clown School that Michele Bachmann (to our surprise) was a contortionists graduate of. Dead compassion as stated by co-host Chris Bonno leads us to a discussion about Edgar Allen Shakespeare Moe.. who? Regardless it happens in the winter of our discontent. It’s my way or your way and your way ain’t your way so its my way, so we are tangling with ghosts and I walk through ghosts. I walk perplexed avenue yet you will feel the atmosphere of this episode and that is not repressed… not at all.

Rick admits that he watched some of the Presidential candidates and refers to them as super absurdist villains and he advises tourists to not dress like tourists while co-host Chris Bonno plays guitar. The question of the day is “have you ever wanted to smack someone because they simply deserved/needed to be smacked.” Talks about Halloween discussions and Rick’s costume take us to the collective unemployed actor sigh; just occupy yourself. If you fuck up, you die. Banks are bullshit and everybody deserves to be robbed. Occupy your space and listen to this episode!

Episode 025: DON’T YES ME! Why do you repeat things or say things over and over? Is this a question or the shows dynamic? The government and Rick are editing what Chris Bonno says, but there is forced eating and lack of energy that might be repaired by the playing of Chris’s electric guitar – yes, but focus on the gut or no, put on the air conditioning. Put down the hotdog and close the computer so that Rick can release Michele Bachmann’s unknown political forum and delve into all of the problems Rick’s history of bank teller dealings. There is a frustration of cordiality and the anti-news that gives us the news. Girls are hacks and banks are liars. Johnny Dam chimes in today. Just go the hell home, but glad you came.

Episode 024: Title: Spotted Owl Soup The show kicks off with Chris playing the role of Rick Shapiro… it’s so hard to tell them apart sometimes. But the latest new segment of the show is the “Recipe Section” where Rick and Chris discuss their abilities in the kitchen.. we sum the segment up with everything tastes better with four (4) olives sliced at an angle. But Rick’s personal interaction of the week lead us to the mystification of humanity and how honesty is over-rated. Guest star and movie Producer, Alex Stein joins us in this segment to discuss his flick ‘MUSH’. And we anxiously await the new show music open by Chris Bonno with the chorus of “Angry and Bitter.” This, is my favorite episode to date.

But the question of the day drives the callers.. What is fun, what do you like to do that is fun? There are right-wing and left-wing impersonations, and discussions about Sarah’s legs. Heidi our favorite caller shares a new piece of information with us.. and Rick defines the concept of the nephew. Is this the new normal?

Episode 022: A little prostitution story Meta or meant for? Rick Shapiro interviews himself? This show hits many planes of the psychic landscape. Escapades with a prostitute in an alley while plugging for a TV show. Chris reads ‘Rimbaud’. Rick reads more excerpts from his too be released book, referencing… Don Johnson? No. A caller calls Rick’s personal phone instead of the call in number (323.284.5532). Politics, confusion, quotes and misrepresentations. Left or Right… Occupy the Strip Clubs ANNNNNND Wall Street. The rich are both Democratic ANNND Republican, left and right and on Forbes.. but where is the value? With Eleanor Roosevelt? – its tricky. This show is like riding a wild bull, leading conversations to be lead.. Now blow a kiss ….

Episode 021: Who do you want to fuck? How this episode went from Hitler’s greatest tag lines to the Catholic virgin whore syndrome will boggle the mind. Rick in his infinite search for honesty and sexuality named the girls he wants to have sex with – one of them happens to call in… one of them his Manager will execute on sight. Co-host, Chris Bonno plays the role very nicely as a combination of Dr. Ruth and Oprah, but still Rick dives further into the porthole of creativity when a Canadian caller makes his way onto the phones. We have one special ‘Ardent Atheist’ call in with his take on a polyamorous life style, summoning the need for a sex-club run by the token system… it’s full round of opinions and hedging when the thoughts on freedom (or lack there of) to have a one-night stand are cut short by society’s push on an approach of romance and media.

Episode 020: Nothing is who we think it is? Co-Host Chris Bonno is Larry Johnson. Rick is a normal man and singing about it, he agrees in agreement with the agree-mongerers. Alice is Kelly who is Alice. Angel, who we think is a bad person, turns out to be Angel but that isn’t revealed until the next day. Tracy DeMarzo, Rick’s Manager is not alone, but sexless. Chris Pina has rich friends that are selling their million dollar homes but are broke. Wait.. we are all in agreement but broke and that leads us into the question of the day: Are you aware of your aloneness or are you broke? Rick is Ray and Chris is Arthur. Rick, I mean Ray, I mean Bob, I mean Rick does not cut Chris a break, but Arthur, I mean Chris strums along beautifully on his guitar. Rick’s reference to the blue-blazer tutu leads to a news story about sucking Sarah Palin’s tits and that Michelle Bachmann is ugly. We are all broke, alone and now to talk about Troy Davis – in agreement, yet with differences.

Episode 019: “Don’t shit on my tomatoes…” Pin stripers are the new enemy. Normal people question themselves, and are attacked by voices… voices and word choices lead us to a plethora of interesting callers… like Alice from Dallas who fertilizes her tomatoes with shit.. When the pin-stripers stop being impressed, Rick will be impressed and the country will know what to do. We live in a land of catchy lines, stop smiling about the foresight and create jobs… DO, Cause, make, build… Gordon from the past calls along with Comedian Echo and someone can’t answer a question about his shirt. THIS IS THE PSYCHIC LANDSCAPE. The closing statement.. America’s theme song is “Insomnia or Dances with Peanuts” .. a choice for absolute freedom!

Ohhhh, but that is just the lead into the multiple perspectives given by Rick and co-host Chris Bonno on WHAT’S WRONG with the government. Caller John Sawyer invites Rick to come to Ohio for a dual team government over-throw whilst being strapped to a fence… But is it the demonstration or the riot that will change the momentum of our government policy or is it the choking of officials and all men named Bob. Show ends an song of ‘You and me are Gary Busey”… This show isn’t for doodling bunny rabbits or turds!!!

John Sawyer calls in and discusses the question of the day: Politicians, who do you hate and what would you like to do to them? Guantanamo Bay, Viagra with blueberry sauce? Well, that is as Rick calls it.. torture-rama… I’d do it again! Talks about eating ass change the direction of the show and develop a description of Rick’s favorite things! Chris Bonno addresses shares opinions on Rick, unplanned interjections and not being able to order ass at a store… apparently its always out of stock! This show is a focused plethora of anger and hang-ups.

Episode 016: “Let me tell you something… I’m a lobster eater” People that use the word Artsy are racist against creativity… that is how the show starts this week… a bit of guitar playing by co-host Chris Bonno strums Rick Shapiro into his zone of coffee-table conversation and family slamming… The question of the day is “Do you claim your own power”. There are no gay bears.. only believers and liars. There are rebel toes amongst us.. but Fox News and the Republicans and their appetite for hamburgers inspire Rick and Chris to drink from the cup of living… however Rick has become a salad eater.. and all of this is discussed or disgusted.

A few callers called in to discuss the ‘Question of the Day’.. 1 silly response, 1 pathetic response.. and then ding-ding… the bells rang and Rick went on his way of streaming dialog. Now where was Chris Bonno and why was Rick focusing so much on the Bilderberg Group? Listen in and find out!

Episode 013: “Slouchy Vagina” Question of the day: What the fuck is going on? Rick Shapiro and co-Host Chris Bonno touch upon the topics of the day; the fight last night, the dance recital, the article that everyone was reading.. the boys are proving that they are very hip with current events. Rick discusses his dating tactics and a ‘CARLITO’S WAY moment with a vagina. Chris Bonno, once again added a harmonious treat with his harmonica skills… This was a nice distraction from musician/comedian Brian Crow (the caller of the day) and his sexual exploits … every curios Rick Shapiro was fascinated with his guitar.. but was this a duplicitous yet, subliminal message

Episode 012: “Boring.. never. Bored. With everything.” What? Democrats are the new Harry Potter… Rick Shapiro starts this week’s show with a rant on basically everything.. racism, democrats, the gays and walking tall or the sound of sheep clapping equals being fucked in the future… But the question of the day overrides it all… “Are you bored or boring?” A great caller inspired Rick to admit that he is bored with everything. Are there too many luxuries, too many opportunities online or availabilities that limit our creativity. The consensus was ‘yes.’. New songs and comic relief provided by co-host, Chris Bonno added levity to the show.. Chris even was able to pull Rick out of a few heated moments… boring.. never… there was even a moment of meditation by the Shaman himself, Shapiro. Listen to the replay and absorb the insanity….

Episode 010: “Don't REDUCE THE RANT” The show this week started off a bit scattered until caller (named) 'stupid cunt' couldn't discuss her points on the Casey Anthony case, yet said she could 'google it' yet wouldn't RANT about it. SC's tone sent host Rick Shapiro in to a fiery battle of words as he battled another person's reduced and suppressed vocabulary - telling SC to never call again. Chris Bonno, ahhhh, Chris Bonno the ever-loving mediator tried to change courses with a few guitar renditions of Bruce Springsteen's never famous song about eating ass under the boardwalk at the Jersey shore. Callers Emery Emery and Dylan Brody were classic callers discussing the pompous scarf that Dylan wears and Emery's need for no-God. How can one hour contain so much diversity.. well.. just listen...

Caller Carmen (a vibrantly gay man) poses a great question.. if I have to walk in your shoes, then why can’t I wear your panties. Co-host Chris Bonno reads the definition, but no one really knows..
